Welcome to CympleWS. By using our website or enrolling in our warranty services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Commercial Use Limitation

CympleWS (“The Service”) is exclusively designed for Commercial, Industrial, and Mixed-Use properties located within the United States. Single-family residential homeowners are not eligible for coverage under this program.

2. Service Eligibility & Enrollment

Submission of an intake form (“Check Eligibility”) does not constitute active coverage. Coverage begins only after:

• Verification of property type and location.
• Execution of a signed Service Agreement.
• Completion of any required waiting periods (typically 30 days) to prevent adverse selection of pre-existing conditions.

3. Repairs & Contractors

All warranty work is performed by our network of independent Licensed Master Plumbers. While we vet our partners (such as Lady Liberty Plumbing) for quality and compliance with local codes (e.g., NYC DEP/DOT), CympleWS manages the dispatch, coordination, and billing process. You agree to allow our authorized contractors access to the property to perform necessary repairs.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our warranty covers repair and restoration costs up to the limits specified in your specific service plan. CympleWS is not liable for:

• Business interruption losses or lost revenue due to utility failure.
• Damage to personal property inside the building (unless specified).
• Pre-existing conditions known to the property owner prior to enrollment.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County.
